
Dr Susannah Graham is a specialist breast surgeon based in Sydney, practising at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. She is Co-Director of The Breast Care Centre and has a particular interest in contemporary oncoplastic breast surgery, breast reconstruction and tailoring surgical treatment to the individual patient.
Susannah is a Councillor of BreastSurgANZ and is actively involved in surgical education and training, including the development and delivery of oncoplastic breast surgery courses. She is also Education Lead within the Institute of Academic Surgery at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and contributes to undergraduate and postgraduate surgical education through the University of Sydney.
Her clinical and academic interests include optimising surgical decision-making, incorporating emerging technologies into breast cancer care and achieving the best balance between oncological safety, surgical outcomes and quality of life. She is particularly interested in individualising breast cancer surgery according to a patient’s tumour biology, anatomy, priorities and stage of life.
