Symposium Overview:
Breast cancer surgery continues to evolve, with emerging approaches challenging traditional treatment pathways and creating new opportunities to improve patient experience, surgical efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
Join internationally recognised breast surgeons Mr. Peter Barry and Professor Alastair M. Thompson as they share their experience and insights on innovations that are reshaping breast cancer treatment pathways.
Drawing on their extensive clinical and research expertise, they will explore emerging approaches to tumour localisation, lymphatic mapping and surgical decision-making, and discuss how these advances can streamline surgical management and support personalised patient care.
This session offers a valuable opportunity to hear from two global leaders in breast surgery and gain practical perspectives on the future of breast cancer management.
