Name Badge

All participants and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and scheduled activities.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be sent electronically to all registered participants after the congress.

Speakers’ Preview Room

All speakers and presenters should bring their presentation stored on a USB data stick to the Speakers’ Preview Room (Room M10 on the Mezzanine Level) at least one hour before their session.
Slides should be: 16:9 WideScreen PowerPoint format

Exhibition Area

Lunch and coffee breaks will be held in the exhibition area.
Posters can be viewed during exhibition hours.

The Australasian International Breast Congress – Australasian Society for Breast Disease (ASBD), 6th World Congress on Controversies in Breast Cancer (CoBrCa) and Breast Surgeons of Australia and New Zealand (BreastSurgANZ) secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants either during or directly arising from the Australasian International Breast Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Visitors to BCEC are no longer required to check in or have proof of vaccination status to access the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC).

BCEC continues its venue safe practices, providing a safe environment for events, with visitor welfare a priority.
